1.       One Winner for each month                
2.       Photo due by the end of the third week each month     
3.       Photo should be submitted with Title     
4.       Photos will be submitted into the file on the site      
5.       No more than 2 photos can be submitted per person per month     
6.       MUST BE WATER or WASTEWATER RELATED! 

    To submit your photo you must be registered and logged into this site; Near the bottom of the photo viewer you will see the 'upload' button. Select single photo upload media, it will then need to be approved before it is displayed on the site. Please add a title for each submited photo with your last name included.
