Committee volunteers make the Awards program. The CWEA
awards program serves to recognize outstanding professional
achievements within the wastewater field.
- As a committee leader, you are on the front lines
to ensure that all elements of the program are achieved:
- Ensuring consistency and equity of professional
standards for awards
- Development of criteria and forms for the awards
- Distribution of information and forms for the awards
- Review of professional standards and candidates
for all awards at a state level
- Processing and judging of awards nominations on
a state level, and forwarding to the national level
