The Executive Committee is responsible for/to:
- Act in place of the board on emergency matters except
when reserved for the board - and making reports to
the board on all actions taken
- Provide a meeting agenda and assignments for board
committee reports
- Personnel issues related to CWEA employees, including
- selection and review of an Executive Director
- recommendations to the board on employee compensation,
salary, and benefits
- Develop a slate of candidate for open officer and
director positions on the board
The Executive Committee membership is made-up of the:
- President
- Chairs of the other 3 Board Committees
- President-Elect, Chair of PPD
- Treasurer, Chair of OPS
- Senior WEF Director, Chair of MER
- Past President
- Vice President (an ex-officio member)
